OfficeRnD Workplace, formerly OfficeRnD Hybrid, is a hybrid work platform from a UK-registered company with its engineering team in Bulgaria. Below, we compare it with Clearooms on how each charges, what sits in higher tiers or add-ons and their contract terms. We make Clearooms, so we've linked a source for every fact about OfficeRnD and dated when we checked it.

The pricing difference: plan fees plus per-desk charges
OfficeRnD charges a plan fee and then a fee for every desk or space and every meeting room, with a minimum committed usage it doesn't publish. Clearooms publishes one price per band of desks, plus a price per room, with every feature on every plan.
Take an office of 120 people with 40 desks and 4 meeting rooms that wants SSO. SSO means OfficeRnD's Professional plan: on its published annual rates that's $399 a month plus $3 for each of the 40 desks and $10 for each of the 4 rooms, or $559 a month, about $6,700 a year, billed in dollars unless you agree pounds. On its monthly rates ($532 plus $4 and $13) it's $744 a month, about $8,900 a year. Without SSO, Start would be about $211 a month, or $2,530 a year.
Clearooms costs £95 a month for 40 desks plus £10 a month per room, billed annually: £1,620 a year, compared to about $6,700. Billed monthly it's £1,788 a year, compared with about $8,900. That includes SSO, SCIM, Teams and the full REST API.
OfficeRnD's Professional tier adds Wi-Fi auto check-in and attendance-compliance analytics. If those are what you need, compare totals including the minimum usage and any add-ons, and ask for the quote in pounds.

Worth knowing: OfficeRnD's Teams app, Wi-Fi check-in and attendance analytics go further than ours, and its reviewers mention restricted admin permissions and limited meeting room controls. Some Clearooms reviewers would like more integrations beyond calendars, Slack, Zapier and door access, and we don't hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification ourselves.
