How do I see who's actually in the office on a given day?
From the Clearooms dashboard. You'll see exactly who has a desk booked, in which office, on which day, by team, by department, or for the whole firm. No more 'is anyone coming in Tuesday?' Slack threads.

Can we set rules for our hybrid working policy?
Yes, within booking. You can set rules around how far in advance people can book, which teams sit in which neighbourhoods, how many desks each team can claim per day, and whether certain spaces are limited to specific people. Your policy plays out in the booking flow rather than living in a PDF nobody reads.

Does Clearooms integrate with my current environment?
Yes. We offer a series of integrations, as well as an open API, to match your current systems as closely as you'd like. SCIM is supported for user provisioning. People book rooms from the calendar invite they were going to send anyway, nobody has to learn a new tool.

Can we manage multiple office locations from one account?
Yes. Add as many offices, floors and spaces as you need under a single Clearooms account. You can give regional managers access only to their locations, and roll attendance reporting up to firm-wide if that's what leadership wants to see.
