Office attendance and booking updates in Slack
See who's in the office, get booking and check-in reminders and know when visitors arrive, all in the Slack channels your team already uses. People book desks and rooms in Clearooms, and Slack keeps everyone in the loop.

A daily office attendance report in Slack
Clearooms posts a daily attendance report to the Slack channels you choose. It shows who has a desk booked, who has set their status to in the office, and which guests and visitors are expected, grouped by your own status types. When the day's plan arrives where people already are, hybrid teams actually use it.

Desk booking and check-in reminders in Slack
Clearooms can remind people about their bookings and nudge them to check in, right in Slack. The reminders arrive alongside your usual emails, not instead of them, so nobody misses a booking they made last week.

Who the Slack integration helps
-
Hybrid teams
Know who's in before you travel, without opening another app.
-
Office managers
Daily attendance in a channel, not a spreadsheet.
-
Reception and safety
Visitor arrivals and evacuation alerts posted to Slack.
-
Included on every plan
The Slack integration costs nothing extra, on any Clearooms plan.
Visitor arrivals and evacuation alerts in Slack
With ArrivalsHQ visitor management, visitor arrival notifications can post straight to Slack, on every ArrivalsHQ plan. If an evacuation starts, an alert goes to your chosen channel and your marshals get an email, and the roll-call summary is posted to Slack when it ends.

Meeting room notifications and room display alerts in Slack
Get meeting room booking notifications and reminders in Slack. If a room display tablet outside a meeting room is running low on power, Clearooms posts an alert, so someone can charge it before the screen goes dark.

Set up the Slack integration in three steps
- In Clearooms, go to Settings, then Apps and integrations, then Plug-ins, and install Slack.
- Click Add to Slack and authorise Clearooms in your Slack workspace.
- Choose which channels get which updates.
There's nothing for us to host, and you can change your channels at any time.
Want to book desks without leaving your chat app? See our Microsoft Teams integration.

Your questions, answered.
-
Can I book a desk from Slack?
No. Clearooms posts updates and reminders to Slack, but bookings are made in Clearooms on the web, in the mobile app or in Microsoft Teams. If you want to book without leaving your chat app, the Microsoft Teams integration does that.
-
What can Clearooms post to Slack?
Daily attendance reports, who's in the office, in-office statuses, guest and visitor bookings, booking and check-in reminders, meeting room notifications, room display low battery alerts and, with ArrivalsHQ, visitor arrivals and evacuation alerts.
-
Can different channels get different updates?
Yes. You choose which Slack channels receive which updates in the Clearooms plug-in settings, and you can change them at any time.
-
Does Slack replace our email notifications?
No. Slack is an extra channel. Reminders and reports still go by email as well.
-
Who needs to set it up?
Someone who can add apps to your Slack workspace. They click Add to Slack in Clearooms and authorise it, and that's it.
-
Does it work with ArrivalsHQ visitor management?
Yes. Visitor arrival notifications, evacuation alerts and roll-call summaries can post to Slack on every ArrivalsHQ plan.
-
Does the Slack integration cost extra?
No. The Slack integration is included on every Clearooms plan.
-
Can we try it first?
Yes. Start a 30-day free trial of the full product and connect your own Slack workspace.
