Desk and room booking for on-premises Active Directory
Keep identity on your own servers. Clearooms connects to Active Directory Federation Services, so staff sign in with the Windows account they already use and you get easy desk and room booking without changing how you manage identity.

AD FS single sign-on: your directory stays where it is
Clearooms works with your existing AD FS set-up. Identity stays under your control and your security policies apply as normal. That suits organisations with good reasons to keep Active Directory on-premises, including many in the public sector, legal and finance.

Staff use their Windows login
No second account and no new password. People sign in once through AD FS using SAML 2.0, with the credentials they use every day, then book a desk, meeting room or parking space.

Who the Google Workspace integration helps
-
Staff
The same Windows login they already know, for desks and meeting rooms.
-
Facilities and estates teams
A modern booking system that passes IT review.
-
IT and security teams
Single sign-on without moving identity to the cloud.
-
Included on every plan
AD FS sign-in at no extra cost.
No user lists to manage
Accounts are created automatically the first time each person signs in. Your team doesn't need to import or maintain a separate list of users.

Ready when you move to the cloud
If you migrate to Microsoft Entra ID later, Clearooms supports that too, including automatic user provisioning. Switching over is a settings change, not a new project.
