    Yes. G Suite is now called Google Workspace, and Clearooms works with both.

  • Does Google sign-in cost extra?

    No. It’s included on every Clearooms plan.

  • Can staff book hot desks with their Google account?

    Yes. The Google Workspace account they use for Gmail and Calendar is all they need to open Clearooms and book hot desks, meeting rooms and parking.

  • Can we also sync meeting rooms with Google Calendar?
