Give Clearooms to the OneLogin roles that need it, and it only appears in their portal. Start with one office, then add roles as you roll out across the business.
Two-factor sign-in for people outside OneLogin
Contractors and anyone not in your directory can sign in with a password instead, and you can make them add a second step with an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator. Switch it on for everyone straight away, or set a date so people get warning.
Clearooms also refuses passwords that are known to have appeared in data breaches, and it's Cyber Essentials Plus certified.

For people who sign in through OneLogin, OneLogin does, using the MFA settings you already have. People who sign in with a Clearooms password can use Clearooms' own two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app.

Can staff book hot desks with their OneLogin login?
Yes. Once they're through OneLogin, they can book hot desks, meeting rooms and parking on the web or in the Clearooms mobile app.

What if OneLogin is unavailable?
Administrators can still get in through a separate emergency login, so a sign-in problem never locks you out of managing Clearooms.
