Does Clearooms support Okta SCIM provisioning?
Yes. Okta can create, update and deactivate Clearooms users, and keep their teams, managers and locations up to date.

Do Okta SSO and SCIM cost extra?
No. Both are included on every Clearooms plan, not saved for an enterprise tier.

What happens when someone leaves?
When they're deprovisioned in Okta, SCIM deactivates their Clearooms account, so their access ends at the same time as everything else.

Can we start with one office or team?
Yes. Assign Clearooms to one Okta group first, then add more groups when you're ready.

Can staff book hot desks with their Okta login?
Yes. The Clearooms tile on their Okta dashboard takes them straight to hot desks, meeting rooms and parking.

Do we have to use SCIM?
No. Okta single sign-on works on its own, and accounts are created the first time each person signs in. Add SCIM when you want accounts set up in advance and kept in sync.
