Clearooms Wins the Winter 2026 Leader Award from SourceForge

Clearooms is proud to be a winner of the Leader award from SourceForge, the world’s largest software reviews and comparison website.
Announced on 13 January 2026, the Winter 2026 Leader Award follows Clearooms’ Winter 2024 and Spring 2024 SourceForge awards. Clearooms was selected as best-in-class from over 100,000 products on SourceForge, thanks to a high volume of recent, excellent user reviews that placed it in the top 5% of favourably reviewed products.
January 13th 2026 - Clearooms announced today that it has been awarded the Winter 2026 Leader Award by SourceForge. SourceForge is the world’s largest B2B software review and comparison website with nearly 20 million in-market B2B software buyers per month. This award recognises exceptional companies and products with a high volume of recent excellent user reviews that puts them in the top fifth percentile of highly reviewed products on SourceForge.

A lot has changed since Clearooms was first named a SourceForge Leader in Winter 2024. We’ve introduced Smart Booking, which suggests desks based on each person’s preferences and booking history. We’ve also added desk booking approvals, linked multi-room meetings, a Slack plug-in for daily attendance, and Desk Neighbourhoods for grouping desks on the floor plan. On security, we’ve added multi-factor authentication and achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
Organisations including Acrisure, Collinson Group and the Technological University of the Shannon now use Clearooms to manage their desks, meeting rooms and visitors.
To win the Winter 2026 Leader award, each winner had to receive enough high-rated user reviews to place the winning product in the top 5% of favourably reviewed products out of the 100,000 products on SourceForge, which demonstrates the utmost quality that Clearooms delivers to customers.
